	Shropshire An excellent opportunity for an experienced couple where ideally one is a license holder (NCPLH or equivalent) and the other one a chef to run a country pub in a village in central Shropshire (within easy driving of Shrewsbury and Telford). Financial awareness, people management skills and a mature approach to business are all key attributes. You will be directly responsible for staff management and development, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. Accommodation is provided comprising 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The business owners are committed to developing a brand of a small number of country pubs located in villages where they make a real contribution to the local community and attracting customers from further afield by serving excellent fresh food imaginatively cooked and presented, as well as maintaining a well stocked and managed cellar. Salary is competitive and includes accommodation costs.
