Ludlow This role will provide administrative support to the Medical Director including diary and contact management. It will also coordinate the recruitment of GPs within a rapidly growing business volume. The successful applicant will be required to identify the geographic areas which require additional recruitment and arrange advertising, liaise with and coordinate newly recruited specialists. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills together with the following: * Strong eye for detail * Strong interpersonal skills, in particular to be able to communicate effectively with the medical profession * Strong knowledge of Excel required together with Powerpoint and general IT competence. Knowledge of Visio would be very advantageous. * Audio typing skills * Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment * Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills * Highly organised with effective time management skills as well as a clear ability to meet strict deadlines |
