Working Solutions is a Recruitment Consultancy founded in 1995. We recruit at all levels in all sectors for businesses in Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestshire and Powys.



Being centrally located in Ludlow, we use a 'Bricks and Clicks' approachto ensure we attract the widest possible pool of candidates to the jobs we recruit for. This includes internet jobs boards, local radio, our own window display, our own website and we are widely known within the local business community.



We have high calibre candidates for permanent jobs on our database whom we have interviewed in depth to assess their skills and competencies.



We also provide temporary staff for short or long assignments at competitive rates - this is also an excellent method of ensuring the right fit for a permanent position.



Wespend time with you to assess your current staff skills and analyse the skills required in the people you need to take your business forward. In order to understand your company culture, we find it useful to visit you at your offices to discuss your requirements and meet key staff.



We also offer our interview room at no cost to our clients if confidentiality is paramount.



Julia Hughes, MD, is trained in undertaking a Needs Analysis of your staff (using a skills matrix and other methods) where clients are considering training and development needs of their staff.
