Our Client runs several business's from there site in Orleton and are now looking for an experienced Accounts Person to join their team. You will be working across 3 business ventures and be well versed in SAGE Line 50. You will work as part of a small team but be able to work on your own initiative also. This is a full-time position, but it does offer flexibility to the right candidate.

Job Description
The ideal Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

Processing purchase invoices on Sage
Processing of Sales invoices on Sage
Record credit cards spending for the Group
Reconciliation of Bank statements in Sage
Prepare Monthly payment runs for Directors approval
Process of Directors Expenses
General administration duties supporting Facilities & Business Manager
Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a finance role
Knowledge of Sage 50
Strong accounts background in purchase and sales ledger
Computer skills including computerised accounting, spreadsheet and word processing, email at a highly proficient level.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Very effective organisational skills
Methodical approach, with attention to detail
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
