General Office Assistant

Our clients run a small but very successful and busy business and are now looking for a General Office Assistant to help them in their office.This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start.

Job Description

Primary responsibility for the phone

Order Management : to include
Purchase invoice input, customer invoicing, consigning, label printing and dispatch.
Ordering for office stationary, herbs & spices when required.
Maintain and record foreign body product contamination and contact suppliers.
Batch Sheets Information Input
Customer communications : Trade & Public to include customer enquiries, complaints & praise.
Telesales/New Business Development : follow up customer enquires and phone existing customers for repeat orders
Production of Monthly statements.
Web Site Supervision
Internet Orders Control
Maintenance of Social Media : Facebook & Twitter
Payment input & Debt collection
Maintenance of customer list : Future database management for 2018
General Office management.
