We carefully interview, take up references, check licences and test the skills of our Temporary staff. Our clients frequently offer contracts of Permanent Employment to our Temps, for a fee, which can be negotiated.
We are responsible for all N.I., Holiday Pay and all other bureaucratic payroll issues such as end of year and dealings with Inland Revenue & DSS. Temps are paid by us weekly directly into the bank.
We agree an hourly charge to you and send a weekly invoice based on hours as shown on our temps' timesheets faxed by you. Our standard credit terms to you are 21 days.
