Julia Hughes MD
founded Working Solutions, the first recruitment consultancy in South Shropshire, in 1995. She holds a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources and has trained as an assessor in the EFQM business model (European Foundation for Quality Management). Julia is actively involved in a variety of local business networks and believes it is vital to work in partnership with clients to effectively deliver recruitment and development solutions. She is currently studying the CIPD programme in Coaching and Mentoring at Telford College of Arts and Technology (part-time).
Jane Hughes
(no relation!) also deals with permanent vacancies. All candidates are interviewed before CVs are sent out to clients. Our objective is to save you valuable time and ensuring a good match of skills and personality to fit into your organisation. We use five advertising methods to attract candidates and you are not charged for our services until the right candidate of your choice has started working for you.
Jessica Dovey
deals with temporary vacancies. We comply with current legislation which requires a visit to the workplace of all temporary staff supplied. This also ensures we fully understand our clients' needs. All candidates are required to undergo skills testing before interview. We use Skillsarena online software for testing competences in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Speed Typing, Data Entry, Spelling and Grammar, which ensures that candidates are proficient in the packages your business requires.
Sharon Morris
deals with Accounts and Payroll. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, Sharon has a vast knowledge of taxation and payroll as well as accounts procedures. Sharon can be contacted every Tuesday and Thursday.
