Our client is based in the Ludlow area. An excellent permanent, full time opportunity has arisen within this company for the role of Sales Administrator and Order Processor. The company produces a bespoke range of very high-quality products for a national and international market. The right candidate will have extensive experience of understanding and meeting the varied needs of customers whose requirements include complex, detailed and precise measurements and other elements. You will ideally have an interest in design.
Our client needs someone with experience of working in a high end environment who understands the need for well presented, accurate and literate responses to customer enquiries, can communicate effectively on the telephone and by email and is able to embrace a wide range of tasks.
You will be a graduate or have 3 good A levels and be able to demonstrate strong administrative, interpersonal and verbal skills as well as commercial experience and awareness. You must be conscientious, precise and energetic.
In summary the Candidate will need:
- To be organised, motivated and enthusiastic
- Experience of building successful relationships with clients and will demonstrate integrity, honesty and a commitment to deliver to deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of literacy and numeracy and attention to detail.
- A personable and friendly personality, with a sense of humour and the ability to juggle priorities and workload in a busy environment
- A knowledge of and passion for design would be an advantage
- First class IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience of working with Sage 50 and Photoshop would be an advantage. Experience of using MRP would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
The salary offered is a competitive £21,000 to £24,000.
Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Our client may be able to offer some flexibility in working hours to the right candidate.
Holidays are 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
