Hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday (35 hours).
The Business Support Assistant is responsible for administering and maintaining contract documentation and planned maintenance records on the in-house system (ProMaster) including financial approvals in line with Standing Orders. They will keep the Asset Management database updated with all information in relation to ad-hoc orders, health and safety records including the asbestos register, planned maintenance records and tenant enquiries and information.
Skills and experience
Familiarity with using specialist database packages would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
You will have experience working with statistical and analytical reports as well as experience monitoring key performance indicators to demonstrate meeting agreed targets and performance and preparing reports for the same.
Ability to manage change, introduce new working practices and technology where applicable.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 Business Admin, Communication Skills, Computer literate, must be proficient with Word, Excel etc.. and have worked in a similar Administrative role before.
Interview Date: 14th June with start date ASAP.
A full driving licence is desirable.
You will be paid an hourly rate of between £10 and £10.75 DOE and you will accrue holiday pay from Day 1. This is a temporary contract for 4 months.
