Our client, a Property Management business, are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their small team.
A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant, who will have extensive experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and be capable of working on their own initiative on a wide range of tasks for the group including:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Quarterly Invoicing
- Bank reconciliation
- Management Reporting
- Budget Preparation
- Credit Control
- VAT Returns
- HMRC Compliance
- Liaising with external accountants
- Responsible for GDPR and Pensions Regulator
- Other general administrative duties as required
A recent knowledge of Sage 50, Iris payroll and online banking services is required for the role, as is the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. A bookkeeping qualification such as AAT Level 3 would be desirable but not compulsory if the applicant can demonstrate the equivalent knowledge through experience. Knowledge of working for a property company and with multiple currencies would also be an advantage.
