Sales/Office Administrator

Working Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well respected Ludlow business for a Sales / Office Administrator to join their busy team. Salary Dependant on Experience

The successful candidate will need a strong customer service background and a mature attitude to support our clients Field Sales Account Managers and develop existing customer relations.

You will also need to be organised and possess good administrative skills to assist with scheduling and Health and Safety requirements.

You must be self-motivated and a team player, capable of working under pressure with good communication skills and a flexible approach to each working day.

Job Description

  • Assisting with the sales administration function, making appointments, streamlining of processes and systems wherever possible.
  • You will also assist with monitoring the performance of the Sales Team using a system of communications and sales reports.
  • To provide direct support to management with our on-going Accreditations and Health and Safety requirements. To include scheduling of physical checks and processes and ensure completion of corresponding documentation.
  • General duties within the busy office will also include: taking Customer Orders, Customer Service and dealing with enquiries.

They are a happy team working within a busy office and although each employee has their own role, it is important that you are also capable of covering all duties during the very busy times. Any new member of the team is expected to relish the opportunity to learn all procedures in the office.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills. An understanding of Numeric Data. Strong IT skills essential, particularly with Excel. Able to be Proactive and Flexible. Meeting Deadlines.
