Working Solutions are recruiting for a Optim-R Administrator to join a large manufacturer on a temporary basis covering 9 months Maternity.
Job title: Optim-R Administrator (Temporary – maternity cover up to 12 months)
Salary Range: £18,000
Base: Pembridge, Herefordshire
Hours per week: 39 hours per week
Annual Leave: 23 days (plus Bank Holidays) pro-rated
We now have an exciting opportunity for an Optim-R Administrator on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave to work as part of the team. You will be responsible for dealing with incoming customer enquiries, logging and creating projects and opportunities within our CRM system and creating tasks for team members within design or estimation.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls and liaising with our External Area Sales Managers and Internal Project Tracking teams.
- You will be required to send designs and quotations back out to the customers.
- To offer the best customer service we can provide, achieving our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Communicating accurately with other departments.
You will have experience of working in an office environment providing secretarial, administrative or back office support. Qualifications in Business & Administration or Customer Service would be an advantage.
The role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. The ability to build rapport and develop effective relationships with colleagues and customers is essential, as is a confident telephone manner.
