Our client is currently recruiting for an ambitious Legal /Customer Service Administrator to join a small hard-working team, working on several high-profile litigation cases, based in our Ludlow offices
The role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who will be required to undertake all aspects of pre-claim investigation, including: document searches; factual research; reviewing statements and documents to identify relevant details; organisation and filing of digital and physical materials on case databases; and preparation of evidence for the litigation team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have an aptitude for online research, possess Word and Excel skills to an intermediate level, along with the ability to apply sustained focus to seek out and identify evidence about individuals, companies and properties.
You will possess strong administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to engage in verbal and email exchanges with experienced business people.An organiser and problem-solver with a good eye for detail, and experience of document management, with an understanding of computerised folders and filing structures, to ensure that documents obtained are correctly filed for subsequent reference. Experience of KYC and case management is ideal but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in law or a business discipline and will have experience in legal administration and/or customer service, along with a basic understanding of corporate structures, and an interest in business.
