Our client is looking for a well organised Administrator for a hands-on role in their close-knit team at their small, friendly company. You will be supporting the smooth running of day-to-day tasks at the centre of operations. With all systems already in place, this role is ideal for someone with good organisational skills and a positive attitude. There will be a review of the salary after 6 months. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours pw).

- Handle phone calls and act as the first point of contact.
- Process orders via phone and email, including invoicing, printing labels, and keeping customers updated.
- Manage website orders, stock updates, and despatching.
- Input purchase invoices and assist with updating spreadsheets.
- Assist with customer and account queries.
- Communicate with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and updates to products or pricing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to manage orders and stock levels.
- Arrange courier collections for ingredients and packaging.
- Order office supplies and maintain customer records.
- General office tasks, including basic data entry and occasional export paperwork.
- Organized and dependable, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling phone and email communication.
- A team player who enjoys working in a small, supportive team.
- Confident with IT, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is helpful but not essential (training provided)
- Positive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace change
- Rural location - own transport essential.
