The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Workshop Technician to manage our client's 3D printing operations and coordinate workshop activities. Additionally, the role includes assembly assistance for project prototypes, with opportunities to contribute to mechanical and electronic design tasks. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to actively support the creation of prototypes and test new designs in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 3D printing and ensure availability of printing supplies
- Coordinate day-to-day workshop activities to improve efficiency
- Assist in the assembly of prototypes and support project builds
- Collaborate with engineers on mechanical and electronic design aspects
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workshop environment
- You likely have an engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or a degree), but your attitude, engagement, and hands-on approach are what really matter
- You enjoy tinkering and working on hobbies that enhance your technical skill set
- You have a practical mindset and are excited by the challenge of building and testing prototypes
- You are IT literate and would relish learning new skills such as CAD design
- You are eager to take ownership of workshop activities and contribute to improving processes and workflow
