Trainee Stores Person – Ludlow - £10.60ph – Temp to perm

Ludlow based firm have a new requirement to hire a trainee stores person following a period of growth. The position is initially set out at a 12 week temp to perm and should the trial period be successful a permanent job will be offered.

You will be supporting the stores management team in the warehouse to efficiently help goods flow through the business. You will be issuing materials, tools, parts and assemblies to other members of staff and ensuring goods are received and sent out of the business in a smooth fashion.

No experience is required as the client are offering to train the right candidate into the role with things like FLT licence, specific HSE and general warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods in receiving
• Traceability records
• Picking and issuing parts and raw materials
• Packing and dispatching parts
• Stocktaking

Essential Experience/ Skills

• Excellent numeracy skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Can do attitude
