A responsible administrator to assist in the day to day running of one of our Clients divisions. The role is to provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and cover for the role of the Office Manager. The ideal candidate would have previous experience as an office administrator and be familiar with MS Office packages. They should have excellent organisational skills, time management skills and strong communication skills. This is a permanent 40 hour week role based in Ludlow.


Duties will include:

  • Processing employee timesheets and holiday forms
  • Postal duties, opening and distributing post
  • Maintaining the division’s invoice register
  • Processing delivery notes
  • Matching invoices and purchase orders
  • Answering the department’s phone
  • Assist in the administration of job sheets.
  • Ordering the department’s stationery
  • Organisation of department meetings.
