An exciting new opportunity has become available in our clients Customers Services Team at their Tenbury Wells production facilities as a Customer Services Administrator.They are an award winning company, which specialise in food contract packing and blending. The company is now looking for people to join their fast-growing Commercial team.

As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for the following: -

  • Working closely with Sales, Technical, Finance and Supply Chain the jobholder is responsible for receiving customer orders and ensuring that these are processed via the SAP system, where relevant that back-to-back orders are placed with suppliers and materials are available for delivery when required by the customer.
  • Organise and book transport for materials to be delivered and ensure orders are processed to delivery on time in full.
  • Maintain productive relationships with Customers and suppliers alike to eliminate or minimise supply issues and update them on order progress.
  • Highlight any issues that are not able to be resolved to Customer Services Supervisor.
  • Responsible for ongoing improvements with all customers orders to aim at maximising delivery supply quantities and minimising cost.
  • Support the office in answering the phones and signing in visitors as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain in good order any equipment used in the department within the limit of capabilities.
  • Maintenance of the relevant customer data in SAP.
  • Undertake any project work as requested
  • Operate within the Company Quality, Legal and Health and Safety standards.
  • To log and monitor customer complaints and non-conformances onto SAP.
  • Cover other roles as required during periods of absence of other team members.
  • Greeting visitors to site and ensure that relevant forms are completed


The ideal candidate will be joining a team of diverse skills and experience and the job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility and can independently deliver results on both departmental and business projects.
The ideal candidate has an interest in food and will possess good computer skills to Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (all packages). The ability to converse at all levels and good at working within a team environment. Have a strong aptitude to work on their own initiative and demonstrate good prioritisation skills. Can demonstrate excellent people, time management and organisational skills.

In return:

  • 39 hrs week
  • 8.30am- 5.00pm (Monday - Thursday) Friday 8.30am - 4pm
  • Permanent Position
  • Full Time Position
  • 25 Days Holiday a year + Bank Holidays (You may be required to work Bank Holidays)
