Duties of your role:

Customer Services duties:

Monitoring incoming tickets, including assignment
Taking incoming phone calls for tickets, routing and creating new tickets when needed
Ensuring new tickets have sufficient information
Tracking tickets with TFS work items and updating Zendesk and TFS as needed
Chasing and closing old tickets at Pending state
Tracking enhancement requests which require quotes, and chasing development as needed
Tracking issued quotes and chasing customers for decision
Tracking tickets with patch requests and updating timescale and release
Issuing ‘new patch’ notices to customers
Co-ordinate bookings for training courses with our customers Data protection management including
Send and track requests for data from customer and monitor timelines for destruction
Admin support for ISO 27001

Account management duties

Book meetings for Managing Director
Schedule and organise account management meetings for MD including pre-meeting documentation to customers
Database cleansing - keep company databases up to date with changes to customer contact details Other duties
Answer incoming calls
Distribute post
Manage petty cash
Meet and greet visitors, organise refreshments and ensure visitors sign in
Monitor and purchasing of office and kitchen consumables, water, milk, food etc.
Arrange company nights out and Christmas party
Water plants



Your skills:

You'll need to be a hard worker with excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with staff, customers and work using your own initiative.

Were an IT company so can help with all things technical, but you should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable with handling financial transactions. Our finance software is Xero which is easy to learn and use. You'll be using a range of products including Sharepoint, Zendesk and WorkFlowMax. We dont expect you to have any experience of these products, but you must be comfortable using computers.

Hours:

20 hours per week, preferably 9am to 2pm Monday to Thursday, or 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Pay:

FTE is £17,000 (based on 37.5 hours) which is £9,066.66 for 20 hours.

Holiday:

FTE is 25 days plus 8 days bank holiday, and pro rata for 20 hours.
