Our Client, a family run business based in Ludlow, are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. A knowledge of Sage accounts would be beneficial.

 

The company Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Answering the reception phone & transferring calls
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department telephone directory.
  • Opening mail & preparing franked mail at the end of the working day
  • Greeting visitors & assisting with the visitors book etc
  • Ordering and sorting office supplies & stationery
  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Reconciling delivery notes with invoices and checking them against the purchase orders
The company Receptionist must have the following skills and attributes:

 

 

  • Previous admin/reception experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A strong communicator.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Dependability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to multitask
  • Sage experience

 

Hours: The hours are 8.30 – 17.00 Monday - Friday with a break at 10/10.15  & lunch 12.30/13.00.

This is a permanent, full time position.
