Result A: “You’re Ready for Coaching” if score is 17–24 - You’re curious, motivated, and ready to explore what’s next—even if you’re not quite sure where to begin. Coaching can help you find clarity, build momentum, and move forward with confidence.

Result B: “You’re Almost There” score is 10–16 - You’re beginning to sense a shift, and you’re starting to ask the right questions. You might not need a full coaching programme just yet—but one focused conversation could bring clarity.

Result C: “Not Quite Ready Yet” if score is 0–9 - You’re still in the thinking phase—and that’s okay. Coaching works best when you feel ready. In the meantime, journaling, reflecting, or exploring supportive conversations can help prepare the ground.
