With a competitive starting salary range of £24,000.00 - £32,000.00, including uncapped commission, this permanent role offers autonomy, career progression, and the potential to earn equity in our well-respected business.
NB You must have the Right to Work in the UK and have your own transport due to the rural nature of the area.
- No two days are the same in this exciting role. You'll cover a diverse range of sectors, providing a full 360-degree consultative service to clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and cultivate strong, positive relationships.
- Sales, cold calling, client engagement and identifying new potential partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with both clients and candidates.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Building relationships with senior business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well IT literacy.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet changing requirements with a positive approach.
- Strong networking skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms including LinkedIn.
- Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential – we will provide training for the right candidate with a passion for business and recruitment.
- A positive and proactive can-do attitude.
- Drive for success, resilience, and a solution-driven mindset.
- Experience using LinkedIn to expand client portfolios is highly desirable.
- Starting salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 including OTE uncapped commission, based on a flexible 30 - 40 hours per week.
- Company pension.
- Working from home, with weekly coworking in Ludlow with Director.
- Laptop and phone provided.
